Factory Tour
In addition to our monthly “Open Factory Day,” we offer guided factory tours for groups.
Our factory is located in a renovated former elementary school building.
The classrooms, hallways, and other features of the original school have been preserved, making the building itself part of the experience.
About Factory Tours
On regular business days, we do not offer factory tours for individual visitors who wish to visit the factory only.
Access to the second-floor workshop areas, where our craftsmen work, is available only to workshop participants and groups with advance reservations.
If you would like to visit the factory without participating in a workshop, individual visitors can join our “Open Factory Day” (free of charge), while groups can book a “Guided Factory Tour” (fee applies; advance reservation required).
note: If you would like to try our speakers before purchasing, please contact us separately.
Our shop, located within the factory, remains open as usual. Visitors are welcome to view the exhibits on the first floor while using the shop.
For Individual Visitors
Open Factory Day Free Held Once a Month
Dates: Please check the factory calendar.
Approximately once a month, we hold a free factory viewing day called “Open Factory Day.”
Visitors can explore the factory at their own pace, including areas where our craftsmen work, the listening room, shop, and café.
- Some areas are not open to visitors.
- Craftsmen may not be present on the day.
- Open Factory Day is not held during the winter season.

Approximately 20–30 minutes
The duration may vary depending on your pace.
In addition to panels explaining our manufacturing processes, the second-floor listening room features lighting and speakers for listening demonstrations. Visitors can also view lacquerware and other craftworks by Mr. Jōkura and Mr. Mochizuki, who were involved in the development of our techniques.

Group & Tour Visitors
Guided Factory Tour Fee AppliesAdvance Reservation Required
We offer guided factory tours by advance reservation.
During the tour, groups are guided through the factory while learning about our craftsmanship and manufacturing process from our staff.
All participants receive a BUNACO Mini Charm, available exclusively to factory tour visitors.
Each charm comes in a variety of shapes, so be sure to find your favorite!

Group Size
10 people or more
- Groups of approximately 10–25 people are guided at a time.
- For larger groups of more than 25 people, the tour may be divided into multiple sessions.
Duration
Approximately 30 minutes
Factory tour only; does not include other activities or services.
Schools & Educational Institutions
Factory visits conducted as part of school education or educational activities are available free of charge by individual arrangement.
Eligible institutions include elementary and secondary schools, special needs schools, universities, vocational schools, kindergartens, and preschools.
Noteice: PTA events, parent-child activities, children's club activities, and after-school programs are not eligible for free visits.
For large groups, such as school events, please contact us at least one month in advance.
